Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of order delivery. The product must be unworn, unused, and returned in the condition it was delivered, with no wear or tear.

Exchange orders will be processed within 7–10 working days, and a delivery fee will be charged.

Luxe Collection items are tarnish-free and come with a 6-month warranty.

Warranty covers tarnishing but does not cover breakage.
